UNITED KINGDOM

OOFOS UK ships throughout the United Kingdom from our warehouse in Greater Manchester.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Shipping – 2-3 working days: £0.00.
  • Express Shipping - 1-2 working days: £6.50

We will aim to deliver your item next working day (excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery times could be longer dependant on stock availability.

Last Guaranteed Delivery Dates for Christmas 2025
To help ensure your order arrives before Christmas Day, please place your order by the following dates and times:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Order by 12:00pm (GMT) on Thursday, 18 December

  • Express Shipping: Order by 10:00am (GMT) on Saturday, 20 December

Orders placed after these cut-off times may still arrive before Christmas, but delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that carrier delays, severe weather, and other seasonal disruptions may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Warehouse Opening Hours

Our warehouse is open from 9-5 Mon-Thurs and from 9-4 on Friday.

Irish Orders -

For orders to addresses in Ireland, please visit www.oofos.ie.

INTERNATIONAL

For all other international orders, please visit www.oofos.international.

DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS

We cannot deliver to BFPO addresses or postal boxes.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive and email confirmation from DPD (our shipping partner as soon as they have received your parcel). This will come from our parent company, “OSC Ltd” who we share logistics with. DPD will then be in touch regarding your parcels delivery date and will give you the option to change the date or destination to suit.

You can also get tracking information via the Shop app. Download Shop and get order details, real-time delivery notifications, and a live map view of all your online orders.
