Would definitely recommend

"I have narrow feet size 6 and a half. The size 7 fit me with an insole. Size 8 were too big. I love these shoes which provide comfort for my feet as I have had a stubborn case of plantar fasciitis which is easing as a result of wearing these. Returns for the too large size was easy, with money refunded very quickly. People comment on my lovely new shoes. It has been dry weather so I haven’t had an opportunity to try them out in heavy rain, but have had them waterproof coated at my local shoe outlet in the hope this does the trick."

Fantastic company, great shoes.

"I found the shoe to be very small fit in length. I'm a 5. 5 and had to get a 7 in the end. Very comfortable though, I have a pair of slides and they have helped me with my PF. Have to say, cannot fault Joe in Customer Support, exceptionally patient and helpful. I've not experienced service like this since John Lewis many years ago, it is second to none. Only thing I would improve would be returns communication, it fell a little short."

Design fail

"The trainer is unbelievably comfy but the sock inner is really tight and can not be loosened. This is such a silly design and instantly made my ankle swell. I’m so upset that I have to return them because the trainer foot bed is heavenly."
