Lightweight

"I suffer from plantar fasciitis and heel pain so needed shoes to support my feet. Have only worn these three times in dry wrather and seem to be comfy. Not worn jn wet weather so not sure if non slip in wet weather. This pair was bought as an alternative option as the Oofos eezee low I wanted originally were unavailable. Oofos footwear is generally very pricey and items in sale don’t have availability in size needed."

Extremely Poor Customer Service

"I was recommended to buy from this company as I need supportive footwear for knee problems. So I ordered and spent £125 only to find that the size I ordered my usual for the last 60 years was too small and although fit when trying on after walking they didn’t allow for feet warming and I spent a few miles in agony with squashed toes. I have contacted customer support twice in the last week but still no response so very disappointed"
