One star. After using for one week they aggravated my knee, resulting in my knee buckling from under me three times ! Very scary. After three days of icing, elevation and anti-inflammatory tablets and not wearing the shoes things have calmed down! Thankfully.

Even better than the normal ones

"I had the normal ones prior, and they were very good, but these are even better. Im in much less pain from my plantar fasciitis from wearing them. I do find that the bottoms start to degrade after about a year, so they need to be replaced around then, but thats alright for me."

Amazing!

"The OOFOS brand was recommended by my podiatrist. I’ve been suffering with nerve entrapment, Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis and the pain has been awful for three months. Wearing any footwear has been pretty unbearable so I was keen to put these on. They are absolutely wonderful, so cushiony and supportive, they have really taken the edge off the pain. I highly recommend them if you’re in pain and struggling to walk. Incidentally if you need any ideas for treatment, acupuncture is working well for me, alongside these fabulous sliders. Also, be sure to go up a size, I’m always a 5, but ordered a 6 based on reviews and they are perfect. If your feet are wide you might be better off with the flip flops as the sliders are pretty snug and my feet are narrow. Very fast delivery too. Perfect!"
