"Shoes are fantastic! Oofos as a company though are in the 20th century when it comes to the environment!. One pair of slides came in a plastic bag (not recycled or recyclable), foam/polystyrene toe divider, rigid plastic protector, cardboard tag, elastic attachment etc etc the packaging materials went on and on. What can I say? No doubt this feedback won’t make it to the internet anyway. When I did complain I was given the usual lame response of ‘we’ll take it up with our suppliers’. No accountability whatsoever from Oofos - massively disappointing and out of touch with today’s expectations from consumers. Improve or become another obsolete brand I say. Competitors send slides or flip flops in a paper bag with zero other packaging/less consumer waste/less carbon emissions. I was truly shocked with the ridiculous amount of stuff that came with a pair of slides. What a dinosaur 🦕 company. Wake up to 2025 Oofos or become another obsolete company."
