"The sizing is inaccurate. The sandals were comfy to start but do not allow movement across top of foot. Unfortunately worn,so cannot return. Comfy base. Would buy OOFOS again if able to try in retailers."

"I would give 0 star if there is such option I have purchased online this slipper. It was delivered to the wrong address (flat 3x on 5th floor) ) and i in flat 1x on 2n floor. I asked flat 3x, who said they never received I contacted customer service and they just ask me to contact “my neighbor “ to collect it. I told them i have asked them and they said they didn’t receive. But customer service has not responded. It’s impossible that i know all people in the same building and you can’t arbitrarily deliver to someone in the same building. The customer service is very poor and is not helpful at all!!!! I have paid but i have not get my products!!!!"
