"I'm a keen hiker and casual trail runner but have been suffering from Metatarsalgia. The podiatrist did some adjustments to the insoles of some of my shoes, but said these Oofos are the best find ever for recovery and around the house. This because they take the load / pressure off the active part of the foot.
