"I purchased my second pair of the sports sandel but the UK distributer sent out the wrong size. When I contacted them they informed me it was not their problem and that I should get in contact with OOFOS. I did so via their advised email address (there is no contact telephone number). I am waiting for a response more than 2 weeks later."
