Walking is a joy again

"I am able to walk a lot longer now, much to the joy of my dog (Ruby) I have had right foot pain and swelling for a while now which is getting better with physiotherapy, who suggested trainers with a higher raised heel. As its still swollen the elastic was cutting in a bit, so I just made two snips with the scissors which hasn't fraid as the material is very strong. Anyway, must dash the dog is pointing at the Oofos. . woof woof!"
