Hampton Court 10k with Annie Brooks @itsanniebean

What is the best way to recover after a race? Slip on a pair of OOFOS of course! So when OOFOS Ambassador Annie Brooks, and a team of pro runners from her community, were taking part in the RunThrough 10k race at Hampton Palace, OOFOS was there to kick start their post-race recovery.

It was a brilliant morning at this beautiful, historic location and the atmosphere was buzzing. The team enjoyed the race, with the route being a scenic trail through the estate for the most part.

After the race, the team had the opportunity to slide their feet into a pair of OOFOS. Annie chatted to everyone and explained how OOFOS has helped her, since discovering them a year ago.

A triathlete, fitness blogger and avid traveller, Annie knows how important it is to make time for recovery between things, and OOFOS has been the solution for her. She spoke passionately about OOFOS recovery footwear as an essential item for athletes and triathletes, to avoid injury and ensure they can maintain their training regime – by recovering properly between training sessions.

With trail running typically being tougher on the feet, ankle joints and stabiliser muscles in the lower legs, our team were happy to put on a pair of OOFOS and they felt the benefits instantly. After trail running, like this team had just done, the OOFOS patented footbed supports the arches to relieve the muscles and joints in the lower legs. OOfoam™ which OOFOS are made from, absorbs the impact from walking around post-race and throughout the day, so that recovery can begin. That is how our recovery footwear works.
