Build strength with India Morse, recover with OOFOS
Partnering with deaf PT and content creator, India Morse, OOFOS hosted a strength and conditioning session at F45 in Stratford, followed by some essential recovery.
For our first fitness-based community event, we were excited to host the session with India Morse @youleanmeup.
India is a deaf fitness and health influencer turned PT and online coach. She is passionate about encouraging accessibility and inclusion within the fitness space and has worked hard to create a safe and positive space for her followers and clients.
With 12 of India's guests, including her closest friends and contacts, the strength and conditioning class took place at F45 Stratford, a studio located in the Olympic Park in the heart of Hackney Wick with views overlooking the East London canal.
The class started with an intro from India who has been using OOFOS herself religiously over the last 6-months to aid recovery after workouts and runs. She explained the important recovery benefits of OOFOS, especially after a lower-body-focused workout.India led the group through a short warm-up before starting an intense strength and conditioning workout. The group split into 3 teams and worked around the circuit stations with short breaks in between. From deadlifts and thrusters to ball slams and assault bikes, the session was designed to increase the heart rate and give the guests a full-body strength workout. India's energy was infectious, and she kept the guests motivated from beginning to end.
Post-stretch, the guests slipped on their OOFOS OOahh sandals to really feel the immediate recovery benefits after a hard workout. Many of the guests commented on the "instant relief" they felt on their feet and legs and the "cushiony comfort" of the OOahh slides after a hard workout.
