Returns Policy

We hope you love your OOFOS but if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, it’s super simple to return with our 30 day returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved or rejected for your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund 48hours after you have received an email notification please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we can provide more information and where to send your products.

Shipping

To return your product, please request an RMA number by sending an email to oofos@i-fulfilment.co.uk

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. In certain instances shipping costs will be reimbursed. Please ensure all items returned use a signed form of delivery.

International orders

International orders are only eligible for returns or refunds based on the above criteria.
